I've been adding more light and color back into my drawings lately. Rita is my constant, brilliant model. The first two are fairly bizarre-looking (not much of a likeness in either), but I still like them as drawings.

My mom is a very patient model (although this was a pretty quick sketch). Don't think her nose is really that big, for the record.

My pathetic attempt to throw in some color toward the end of the session. Just a monochrome drawing in the same manner as usual, really. Seemed interesting to compare the red to a black-and-white version (below). The b&w version is much easier to "read."
